Israeli forces bombard Lebanese villages, towns

Israeli forces on Thursday bombarded several villages and towns in the western sector of south Lebanon.
Security sources said Israeli artillery at Balat and al-Hardoun bombarded the towns of Kafra, Yater, Haris, al-Buttom mount, Eita al-Jabal, and the outskirts of al-Manourieh. The bombardment coincided with heavy shelling targeting routes to these places.
The Israeli forces closed Beit Yahoun crossing in the central sector and prevented entry through it to the occupied part of the south.
Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes flew at low altitudes over border villages in the western and central sectors and al-Nabatieh and al-Tuffah districts.
