US change of tone on Iraq

White House Spokesperson Mike McCurry said the "president has not made a decision on the use of force" and that "it is clear that the US is consulting (with allies) on the use of diplomacy. The US president has been and will continue high level talks with Western heads of states, along with Canada's premier.
