Al Baz: Egypt rejects military intervention in Iraq

In a seminar organized by the Cultural Committee of Tanta Sporting Club, the political advisor to the Egyptian President, Dr. Osama Al Baz, confirmed that Egypt rejects any alliances in the Middle East region, as such alliances will threaten regional security.
He added that Egypt supports the Palestinians' legitimate requests within the land for peace agreement and international agreements.
Regarding the Iraqi crisis, Al Baz said Egypt rejects any military intervention in Iraq, at the same time Egypt wants Iraq's neighbors to feel secure against any Iraqi aggression, he said.
