Arab League report on Algeria conveyed to Germany

Arab League Secretary-General Esmat Abdul Meguid on Monday sent a message to the German Foreign Minister Klaus Kinkel.
Abdul Meguid said he explained in his message to Kinkel results of the visit held by AL envoy Muhab Muqbil to Algeria and his talks with Algerian President Liamine Zeroual and senior Algerian officials.
AL assistant secretary Ahmad Adel said that Abdul Meguid informed the German Minister of the Arab stand in solidarity with the Algerian government in confronting terrorism. He stressed the AL's confidence in the Algerian governments' ability to overcome this crisis.
