A message from Gaddafi to UAE President

President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan al-Nahyan on Monday received a communique from Libyan President Moammar Gaddafi, SANA said from Abu Dhabi.
The Gulf News Agency said the message falls in the course of messages addressed by the Libyan President to leaders of Arab states concerning the Middle East peace process and obstacles placed by Israel against the realization of peace.
