Qatar reshuffle

Sheikh Mohamed bin Khalifa al-Thani has been appointed deputy prime minister of Qatar in a ministerial reshuffle.
Other appointments included Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ali Mohamed al-Khater, Minister of Education and Higher Education Mohamed Abdulraheem Kafoud, Minister of Finance, Economy and Trade Yousef Hussein Kamal, and Minister of State Sheikh Mohamed bin Khalid al-Thani, Qatar News Agency reported.
