Iraqi diplomat and Egyptians amongst the killed in Jordan

At 1:30 am local time Sunday, security police in Jordan discovered that 8 people were killed, 6 of them Iraqis and 2 Egyptians.
Among them was a senior Iraqi diplomat in Jordan, Hikmat Abdul Razaq al-Hajou, while one of the two Egyptians was the house's guard, police announced yesterday morning.
"There was a lady wounded," the statement said. This lady, said that there were either 4 or 5 attackers, who spoke with Iraqi accents, the statement added.
Jordanian government was highly concerned, the governmental spokesman told the reporters.
"We strongly condemn the heinous crime which was aimed at innocent people," Jordanian Prime Minister Abdul al-Salam al-Majali said, "We do condemn all such heinous crimes that endanger people in this secure country," he added. "Justice will reach those criminals and they will be prosecuted," he stated.
Meanwhile, Jordanian television late yesterday announced a large reward for those who might provide officials with evidence leading to the arrest of the criminals. This comes on the heels of an assassination attempt on Iraqi envoy Rahim Taher in Jordan on January 3rd.
Iraq requested a full investigation.
