Iraqi Foreign Minister Muhammad al-Sahhaf arrives in Tehran today for talks there, IRNA reported. The talks may cover normalization of Iraq - Iran relations, POW's, and winning Tehran's support for the lifting of UN sanctions on Baghdad, the report said.
