Foreign and Planning ministers head to Washington

Jordanian Foreign Minister Fayez al-Taraunah and Minister of Planning Mrs. Rima Khalaf left Amman for Washington yesterday.
The two ministers are gong to hold talks with US officials concerning bilateral relations between the two countries and the means by which to reinforce them.
They are expected to discuss Jordanian requests for an increase in American economic assistance to Jordan as Jordan has embarked on economic reform measures for social security and other socioeconomic developments.
