Iraqi oil exports to France

The first tank of Iraqi oil was loaded on Wednesday at the Turkish Jeihan port in the course of the third phase of the oil-for-food accord signed between Iraq and the UN. Turkish officials said the tank will leave the port later in the day, heading for France.
