Tunis-Libya trade relations booming

Tunisian-Libyan trade experienced a notable growth of 30% over the previous year in 1997, and the value of Tunisian exports to Libya increased from US $196 million to US $260 million.
Bilateral cooperation between the two countries covered certain Tunisian companies which entered into partnership projects with Libyan counterpart companies to establish factories in Libya.
