El-Bashir will arrive soon in Cairo

Mostafa Othman Ismail, the Sudanese state minister for foreign affairs, arrived today in Cairo on a short visit to meet Amr Moussa, the Egyptian foreign minister, to discuss arrangements for President Omar El-Bashir's visit to Egypt.
Ismail's visit comes after a high-level Egyptian delegation traveled to Khartoum at the end of the last month, during which talks were held with the Sudanese president and his deputy marshal El-Zobair Mohammed Saleh.
