Hamas leaders in exile in Jordan, Syria and Iran have ruled out a dialogue with the Palestinian self-rule Authority unless it frees "jailed comrades," said Jordanian Hamas spokesman Ibrahim Gosheh, adding that there will be no meeting with Palestinian officials before the release of some 200 Hamas activists and reopening of Hamas charity institutions in Palestinian areas.
