Israeli budget passes

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's ruling coalition approved the 1998 budget 58-52 with one abstention in the Israeli Knesset, Fox News reported. The approval comes despite the resignation of Foreign Minister David Levy yesterday.
