A message from Mubarak to al-Bashir

Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir received a message from Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak concerning bilateral relations and means of strengthening them. Sudan's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Moustafa Othman Ismael said Bashir asserted to the Egyptian delegation Sudan's determination to restore normal relations between the two countries.
