Experts from the Damascus declaration signatory states have concluded meetings in Cairo chaired by Egyptian Deputy Foreign Minister Sayed Abu Zeid.
Following the meeting, Abu Zeid said a comprehensive framework was drawn on establishing multi-faceted economic cooperation between the member states (comprising the Gulf states, Syria and Egypt) and intensifying pan-Arab efforts to facilitate the process of commercial exchange between the Arab states.
He added the member states will work to set up the free Arab Zone as a step toward the establishment of common Arab markets.
