Omani reshuffle

Oman yesterday reshuffled its cabinet, appointing a new oil minister and creating a separate Justice Ministry, official sources said.
They said Sultan Qaboos issued a decree appointing Muhamed Bin Sifel Ramhi to head the renamed Ministry of Petroleum and Gas, replacing Said Bin Ahmad Al-Shanfari.
The decree created a separate Justice Ministry headed by Muhamad Bin Abdullah Al-Hinai, the former minister of agriculture and fisheries.
Ahmed Bin Khalfan Bin Muhamad Rawahi was appointed the new agriculture and fisheries minister, Al-Junhoria daily said.
