Ruler of Bahrain pardons prisoners

The ruler of Bahrain, Sheikh Issa Bin Salman al-Khalifa, today pardoned prisoners who were put in jail for security reasons.
The Gulf News Agency said that the pardon came after pledges were made by the families of the prisoners in that their children will not resort once again to acts violating security in the country.
