19 investment projects discussed.

Government officials and businessmen from the Gulf Cooperation Council's member states ended a two-day meeting in Muscat on investment opportunities in Oman.
The meetings broke into working groups, each focusing on a specific project in the aluminum, petrochemical and food industries. The meetings discussed 19 new investment opportunities with an overall estimated cost of 150 million Omani riyals ($390 million).
The meetings were organized by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in collaboration with the Omani Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Omani Center for Investment Promotions and Export Development and the Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting.
