King Hassan blames Israel for stalemate
Regional-Morocco, Politics, 12/12/1997
King Hassan II of Morocco called on Islamic states having ties with Israel to reconsider these relations under the current Israeli intransigence which stalemated the Middle East peace process on all tracks.
In a written message addressed to the 8th OIC summit and circulated on Thursday in the conference's meeting hall, the Moroccan king said those states should do so until Israel implements obligations and ratified agreements. He called upon OIC states to adopt a decisive stand against Israeli obstinacy.
