Terrorism conference condemns European countries in which terrorists reside

The international conference for terrorism, radicalism, and syndic liberties which was held in Algeria, issued a final statement that condemns countries in which terrorists reside.

It also condemned the terrorism phenomena which threatens countries' economic interests and people's standards of living through striking at economic enterprise.

The conference also confirmed in its last statement solidarity with Algeria and all countries who were exposed to terrorism, also suggesting a coordinated work group to support methods of fighting terrorism.

The general manager for the Organization of African Unity called for establishing an African charter in which organizations and parties participate to fight terrorism.

The chairman's deputy of the International Confederation for Syndic Liberties confirmed the importance of creating procedures to fight terrorism and abolish negativity in the economic life and on freedom in practicing the syndic work.

The Egyptians' labor syndicates representative proposed asking the international organizations headed by the United Nations to pressure countries that grant asylum to terrorists, and to put restricted rules concerning this matter on some European countries.

Some of the participants were concerned with addressing poverty, the lack of social justice, and creating opportunities that will supply youths with work, saying that these would be successful methods for fighting terrorism.

A statement made by the Algerian General Union of Labor revealed that the losses resulting from terrorism through the last five years were about 800 billion dinars (i.e more than $10 billion).
