New Turkish - Israeli problems

In its Friday's issue the Turkish daily "Jouhuriat" said that despite improvements in Turkish - Israeli military relations, they still face several problems.
The paper added that among these problems are the appointment of the new Israeli ambassador to Ankara, the first payment to modernize the Turkish F-4 jet fighters confiscated in the Israeli banks, and the repeated delay of the joint military maneuvers between Israel and Turkey because of the Arab adverse reaction.
