Palestinian official in Cairo for peace talks

A high-ranking Palestinian official left for Cairo yesterday for talks with Egyptian officials on efforts to salvage the Middle East peace process, Al Nedaa weekly said today.
Nabil Shaath, the minister of planning and international cooperation in Palestine, met Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa, and President Hosni Mubarak's political advisor, Dr. Osama Al-Baz.
