Morocco¹s road show to bring in investors

Morocco yesterday launched a one-week road show for its eight main industrial areas including the disputed Western Sahara, to attract more firms to the Casablanca stock exchange.
The road show included representatives from a dozen brokerage houses, investment banks and market analysts, officials said.
The road show participants will brief businessmen on the benefits of listing their firms on the Casablanca exchange. The road show is a professional approach of the Moroccan business community with the long term target of doubling the number of listed firms to 100 from the nearly 50 currently listed.
