AL chief to address Mideast peace stall

Arab League Secretary-General Dr. Esmat Abdel Meguid will next Thursday address a function to mark solidarity with Palestinians. The event is organized by the Egyptian society for the United Nations.
Dr. Abdel Meguid's speech will focus on developments in the Middle East peace process and the Palestinian-Israeli crisis over the policies of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government, Al Gomhoria daily paper said today.
