A seven-year old boy in Asyut upper Egypt was caught in crossfire between two fueding families and was killed by a stray bullet, a police source said. The source identified the victim as Magdi Willimand said police had begun a search for the killer.
The source, who asked not to be named, said that a fight broke out between two families earlier in the day over ground water and the male members were engaged in a confrontation during which firearms were used, Al Akhbar daily said today.
