Kuwaiti foreign minister in Cairo soon

Kuwaiti foreign minister Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah will visit Egypt this week for talks with Egyptian officials on the controversial Mena economic regional conference in Doha, Al Wafd quoted the Kuwaiti Al Watan newspaper as saying yesterday.
Kuwait has announced that it will attend the conference, to which Israel is invited, while Egypt announced yesterday that it would not attend.
There is talk of investigating the decision by the Kuwaiti government to attend Doha as it was taken without consultation with the parliament.
