Toufeili backs from his decision

Breakaway Hizbullah leader Sheikh Sobhi Toufeili backed away from his decision to deny MPs and ministers access to the Hermel-Bekaa area, after the notables council meeting yesterday.
Toufeili said this decision came after the negotiations with speaker Nabih Berri and his confirmation that money will be spent to rehabilitate the area. After a tour of Baalbek, Defense Minister Muhsen Dalloul said from his home in the Bekaa that the government is seriously studying ways to finance development projects in the area.
