NDA asked to share in Sudanese constitution committee

Khalafalla El-Rashed, chairman of the constitution committee of the Sudanese government, has asked the northern opposition to participate in the committee, even with third class representatives, in order to inspect the works of the committee.
He said that the opposition's participation will not be considered an obligation, but it would assure them of the validity of the procedures and deliberations. He also added that he has nominated some persons who may represent the parties, Al Khartoum daily reported today.
The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and the leaders of the parties refused to participate in the above committee.
