De Charette in Lebanon

Former French Foreign Minister Herver De Charette arrived in Beirut yesterday, on a three-day private visit. He will meet the country's leaders and patriarch Nasrallah Sfeir. Also on the agenda are a visit to Qana and the signing of his book at the Beirut Hall. De Charette said he considers Lebanon his second country.
