Arafat defends his health

President Yasser Arafat dismissed rumors that he is ill, according the the Israeli Haaretz newspaper. Arafat was reported to have had a fainting episode which resulted in a brief hospital stay. Arafat said that Israel was behind the reports, Haaretz said.
