AL cheif returns home from Lebanon

Dr. Esmat Abdul Meguid the Arab league secretary General, yesterday returned home to Cairo from Beirut where he had attended an Arab Buisiness forum.
The Arab diplomat also had tolks with a number of Lebanese officials, including president El Ias El Hrawy, and prime minister Rafik EL Hariri in Arab foreign trade zone be established" in order to face up to global economic groupings.
Al Ahram daily newspaper said today October 22.
