Israel allows PA to issue IDs independently

Israel finally agreed that the Palestine National Authority issue identity cards to Palestinians independently. The Israeli approval came after the Palestinian side committed itself to transfer the details of the Palestinian identity cards to the Israeli government as soon as they are issued so that they are registered in the Israeli files for monitoring purposes.
