Baghdad between the hammer of Turkey and the hatchet of Iran

A spokesman of the Iraqi Foreign Ministry said the continuation of the air embargo on Iraq is a threat to the sovereignty of Iraq and its safety, especially after the Turkish aggression against northern Iraq and the Iranian air raids against the camps of the Iranian opposition Mojahidin Khalq.
The Iraqi spokesman called on the Arab nation, the international community, and its friends to put an end to this embargo. He also stressed the Iraqi right to use its defensive system on all its territories and its air to protect its safety and sovereignty.
