7.5 trillion cubic meters of natural gas in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia discovered a new field of natural gas whose reserves could be up to 7.5 trillion cubic meters, which will increase the Saudi reserves of natural gas with its two types, salty and the sweet, to a total of 204 trillion cubic meters till the end of the current year.
The Saudi Minister of Oil and Mineral Resources Ali Al Nueimy stated that the increase in the reserves of pure natural gas which is not mixed with oil reached 22 trillion cubic meters since the Saudi ARAMCO started its operations in 1994 within the Saudi plan to increase its production of natural gas, due to discovering the two new fields.
Al Nueimy added that known Saudi reserves of natural gas increased to 69 trillion cubic meters which will increase the reserves of the Saudi natural gas with its two kinds, the pure one and that which is mixed with oil to 204 trillion cubic meters by the end of the current year.
