Lawyer confirms Omar Abdel Rahman's deteriorating health

Dr. Abdel Rehim Mandour the head of the defending body of the leader of Al Gamaa Al Islamya Omar Abdul Rahman stated that he received some documents which shows that the health condition of the Sheilk is deteriorating rapidly.
Mandour mentioned that the American lawyer defending Omar Abdul Rahman sent a letter to one of the US courts in which he requested to move the Sheikh from the solitary cell he is in to one in a hospital.
Mandour stated that the prison officials imposed disciplinary measures on Omar Abdul Rahman that affected his health. He added that he, in cooperation with the American lawyer will address the Sheilkıs case to the regional and international human right organizations.
