Lebanese unification

The meeting of the Arab Labor Mediation committee starts yesterday with officials from the two Lebanese trade unions locked in talks aimed at the unification of the Lebanese labor front for the sake of consolidating efforts to promote economic and political developments in the country.
Headed by chairman of the General Egyptian Trade Unions Federation (ETUF) Sayed Rashed, the committee includes representatives of trade unions in Syria, Kuwait, Tunisia, Egypt and the secretariat, Al Wafd daily said today.
