A new arrest in Arnoon

Lebanese youngster Ali Mustafa Toba was arrested by Israeli forces yesterday in Arnoon, south Lebanon. The force attacked the child's home in the morning and took him to the occupied strip. The child's father and three of Arnoon's inhabitants were also held by the Israelis a few days ago.
Yesterday's arrest came a few hours before the session of the Surveillance of the April Agreements Committee was held. The session in question was scheduled to discuss two Lebanese and two Israeli complaints. It was presided over by the French delegate Roger Rapin, who shares the six-month rotational chairmanship with the U.S. delegate, Joseph Sullivan.
