International companies attend electronics exhibition in Dubai

International companies from many countries like Japan, South Korea, the USA, Germany, Hong Kong, and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries confirmed that they will participate in the 4th Electronics Exhibition which will be held in the World Trade Center in Dubai between February 17-20 next year.

This exhibition will be concurrent with four other exhibitions; The International Cable Supplies and Satellite Broadcasting Exhibition, The Satellite Broadcasting Market Exhibition, the Satellite and Telecommunication Exhibition and the Internet Exhibition. The management of the World Trade Center, which organizes all these Exhibitions--except the Internet Exhibition which is organized by Medex--expects that number of visitors to reach 60 thousands.

The Middle East and the neighboring areas represent a growing market for the electronics and household appliances market.

In other news, the UAE still records high rate of performance in the field of importing for reexporting. It is expected that this rate will continue to be high with the increase of exports to Iraq, Iran, the Indian Subcontinent, Africa and the Group of Independent Countries.
