Cancer program introduced in girls schools

Sixty Saudi girls schools introduced a program for education about cancer on October 1. The ongoing program, which involves training sessions, is organized by cancer support network (CSN) with the involvement of the Ministry of Health, according to CSN coordinator Anne Batterjee. Batterjee said the training program in schools is aimed at creating awareness of the disease and the support services that could be extended to patients.
