Mubarak to mark 24th October war anniversary tomorrow

President Hosni Mubarak will address the nation on Sunday October 5 to mark the 24th anniversary of Egypt's October victory over Israel. The speech will be carried live on Egyptian TV's channel 1 with simultaneous translation on channel 2. The Egypt satellite channel will also broadcast the presidential address live.
Mr Mubarak will attend in the evening a concert marking the same occasion, with participation of many singers from several Arab countries, Al Ahrar daily said today October 4.
