Grand Imam Tantawi meets with Malaysians for education talks

Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Dr. Mohamed Sayed Tantawi met with a delegation from the Malaysian Ministry of Education visiting Egypt, to discuss cooperation between Al-Azhar and the ministry, especially relating to unifying curricula and supervising students who join Al-Azhar at different stages.
During the meeting, there was also a proposal for forming a communication committee from both sides, paving the way for applying the new system, Al-Wafd daily reported October 2.
