Jordanian student killed in Iraq

A Jordinian student has been killed inside Iraqi territory after highway robbers attacked a car with Jordanian license plates with five students studying in Baghdad University on board, a daily newspaper disclosed on October 1.
The daily Al Arab Al Yawm newspaper said that Nouh Hussien al Tamaraneh was killed last Saturday when a group of highway robbers shot him.
The paper quoted the owner of a travel agency operating trips to Iraq as saying that who similar incidents took place in Iraq over the past month, the latest of which involved three Moroccan diplomats, whose luggage, car and their passports were stolen, but none were hurt.
