Different views in Algeria, Mary Robinson says

The UN High Commissioner for human rights, Mary Robinson, said yesterday that the international society had to speak out about savage acts in Algeria even if the government objected.
Robinson, the former president of Ireland who recently look up her U.N post, met Algerian Foreign Minister Ahmed Attaf, who is attending the general assembly and said she realized Algeria had "different views" about any international interference in its internal affairs, Al Wafd daily said today.
