Qatar and Kuwait Link Bank ATMs

Effective today, holders of bank cards in Qatar and Kuwait will be able to withdraw money from ATM's in both countries at no extra charge. Qatari officials broke the news today after reaching an agreement with their Kuwaiti counterparts.
The agreement comes in the context of unifying all ATM's in Gulf countries to enable citizens and residents in the Gulf region to withdraw money up to QR 5000 a day in any of the GCC countries.
