Medpartenariat in Tunis

Several hundred businessman from over 28 Mediterranean and European countries, excluding Israel, met in Tunis yesterday to promote partnership between them.
The three day meeting, called "Medpartenariat" Tunisia 97, is organized by Tunisia's state-run Agency de Promotion de Investissement (APT) and the European Union commission.
Israeli businessmen, who were represented at a preparatory meeting last April in Tunis, did not show up, Al Ahrar daily said today September 29.
