Siege hampers 90% of construction projects

The Israeli siege on PNA areas lead to the cessation of some 90 percent of projects that the PNA Ministry of Public Works carries out in the West Bank and Gaza. A report issued by the ministry on the effects of the siege estimated the daily losses of the ministry at US $500,000.
