Kuwait to participate in GCC championship for the disabled

Kuwait will participate in the first Gulf Soccer Championship for the Disabled slated for Manama in December.
This is part of the 13th Championship for the Disabled in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) which is held yearly in one of the six member states.
This is the second tournament for the Kuwaiti soccer team this year--coached by Saud Abdul Aziz Al Baroud--after participating in the World Championships for the Disabled in Denmark from July 1-25.
Kuwait and Algeria were the only Arab teams playing in the World Championship in addition to 16 other teams, where the Kuwaiti team ranked 12th.
