Iraq to hold census

Iraq will hold a nationwide census on October 16, its first since 1987. Hassan Abdul-Muneim, the head of the Planning Commission, said all preparations had been made. "Some 150,000 countries and 9,500 heads of sectors have been trained (to conduct the census). Four million census forms will be distributed among families. During the census day," Khattab said.
