Lebanese Amal movement has remains of Israeli soldiers' bodies
Lebanon, Politics, 9/23/1997

The Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament, Nabih Berri discussed with the director of the Beirut office of the International Red Cross Committee, Jean Jaques Feresard, the exchanging of the remnants of bodies of the Israeli commandos killed in the failed landing operation in Ansariyeh with Lebanese prisoners who are in the Israeli prisons.

The head of an Israeli soldier is kept by the Amal movement, which insists that the exchange operation should include prisoners from El Khayam prison and other Israeli prisons.

Berri mentioned that he informed Feresard that the whole subject should be discussed with the Lebanese government even if some remnants are kept by the Amal movement and Hizbullah "Party of God"

On the other hand Hizbullah will commemorate the anniversary of the deaths of Aly Kawthar and Haytham Mogania with a speech in the southern province today.
